New Additional Room

The customer had a need for an additional bedroom at home. The parents' bedroom was divided into two parts with a large glass wall that lets light into the windowless new room. In the design, we took into account the building year of the house and implemented the wall to fit stylistically with the apartment. Brass fittings complete the ensemble.

A space-dividing wall can be used to implement, for example, an alcove, remote work station, meeting room or even a children's playroom. The room sizes of old 100-year-old apartment buildings may not necessarily serve the residents' needs in modern times. Moving to a larger apartment when the family size increases can sometimes be avoided by building additional rooms with a partition wall.
